Delete an RDH One account

RDH One by webfaCeMEdia

Delete your own sign-in

  1. Open RDH One and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and find Delete account.
  3. Choose Delete my sign-in and confirm.

Your sign-in is deleted at once and you are signed out. Patient records you entered stay with your clinic, with your name as their author, because clinical records must keep their author. Your clinic owner can also remove you from Team.

Close a clinic account (clinic owners)

  1. In Settings, under Delete account, choose Close clinic account. You can also email support@rdhone.com from the owner's email address.
  2. We reply within one business day to confirm. Nothing is deleted before you confirm.
  3. Export your patient records from Settings at app.rdhone.com if you need them.

After you confirm, we delete the clinic, every staff sign-in and every patient record within 30 days. Backup copies expire on our backup schedule. Before closing, check how long your regulator requires you to keep clinical records.

Patients

Your records belong to your dental clinic. To ask about, correct or delete them, contact the clinic. We help clinics with those requests.
